Back in September Apple announced iPhone 6 and 6 Plus; the big surprise, however, was the highly rumored Apple Watch. In traditional fashion, Apple is “late” to the smartwatch game, but after carefully understanding what others are doing Apple positioned their smartwatch as a precious timepiece.
The Apple Watch will come in six different custom alloys ranging from stainless steel to 18-Karat gold, but unfortunately will not ship according to latest rumors in the spring of 2015. While Apple announced a base price of $349, there has been no formal announcements on any of the other models, though there has recently been much speculation on what these timepieces may cost.
It’s widely known what that the entry Apple Watch will cost $349, but what about that 18-Karat gold model? With speculation running rampant, the current estimates suggest that that gold version just might cost you a cool $5,000
