When your system on the BIOS view brings a prompt message to reseat your hard-disk what you have to do is to open up the system and check if the hard-disk is out or not, If it is just push it into the slot correctly and restart your system. But when is not that the hard-disk has a fault that you need to loosen the hard-disk also to fix. That would be taught some other time. Watch for more on this post and on this blog.
